Anyway, I've decided to pick up Gintama. But I've only seen the first six episodes of the anime, so... Yeah. I'll just be starting the manga later today, so maybe the updates on it will start next week. I don't know for sure if I can finish reading the manga up to the latest release by next week, but I'll try~

I've updated my bleach music collection~ It now includes the latest op/ed songs and byakuya's bleach beat collection album (previously, I only had Ishida and Ichigo). Uwaaai.. Okiayu-sama.. T^T Sugoi!

I've been so full of Remioromen luffage~ I just can't help myself! XD

And! And! I passed my Natsci5 exam with super flying colors!!! XD Biggest achievement of my life as of yet, me thinks..

Oh, wait. That was when I got a very high score in my Span2 class last sem. Almost perfect. Darn. Just one effin' careless mistake. XD

ANYWAY, I'm going to be taking 4 major subjects next sem + one semi-major subject ('cause I just know it will be so taxing) + one not so major subject (but will be very hard, me thinks.. XD).. I just hope that my projected schedule will get accepted.. -crosses fingers-

SO yeah. The updates will definitely continue, but of course, some series will have to be replaced (ES21, after it ends).. I just wonder which manga I'm going to devote myself to next..

I just finished watching Ookiku Furikabutte.

IT WAS FUN!


The ending really had me screaming~ Hanai made a really good, powerful throw, and Abe did a good job defending the home plate. Mihashi was just too cute in episode 25. XD

Episode 25 made me go GAH. First, there was Mihashi fretting over what Abe said in his text message.. and Abe getting so worked up about his Mihashi not answering his messages.. and not being friendly with him as he is with the others (READ: TAJIMA)..

Abe is just so.. so.. so... Abe. XD I really love Abe's character. He's the quiet, over-thinking type, you know? And I really think he has a mean, possessive streak in him, especially when it comes to Mihashi (HIS PITCHER).

Back to episode 25, though.. There was also that part where Tajima actually asks Abe to give Mihashi a massage. OMG. GAH. Tajima is Momokan's evil spawn of shounen-ai-ness! XDDDDD


But doesn't anyone find it weird that Tajima is so emphatic? Specially towards Mihashi... Even Abe wonders how Tajima can clearly see what Mihashi means by his gestures..


And wasn't it quite funny that Hanai was thinking that if Abe hadn't gotten angry at Mihashi, he would have instead?


Funny.. funny, but true.. So I wonder if anyone's noticed that the reason why Tajima can relate with Mihashi so much is because they think along the same lines... And the reason why Hanai can tolerate Abe is because he also thinks the way Abe thinks..


Which brings me to this: Mihashi = Uke. Abe = [Scary]Seme. Tajima = [Power]Uke. Hanai = Seme.


Tajima = Mihashi + [sexual]Power
Abe = Hanai + Scaryness

Also, wasn't it funny that when Tajima got up to hit their winning hit (the one which brought Abe and Izumi home), Mizutani, Mihashi and HANAI were fanboying over him? XD

Anyway, I was finally able to catch up with the manga, too~ Well, I haven't exactly read the manga, but I already have a copy at hand. You guys might want to take a look at raep_time for more details on the manga.

AAAH, Oofuri. You made me love you within 26 episodes! Well, actually, I was already hooked on the first episode, and I was already in love by the third. IT'S JUST THAT GOOD A SERIES.

To all the sports manga / anime enthusiasts out there, I definitely recommend Oofuri. To all the non-enthusiasts, I still recommend it. You don't have to know baseball to love this series. You don't have to be a yaoi shipper either. You just really have to have experienced adolescence to be able to make a connection with this wonderful fandom. It really is just all about growing up... the bittersweet, unforgettable, unavoidable journey we all have gone, are going and will be going through to get to adulthood...


I won't be making any overviews for this, as someone had already made those (this person even has screencaps! XD).. I am, however, willing to spread the Oofuri love~ So I might just end up writing fanfics / updating dl links..

It's about a boy who can see bacteria and his gender-confused friend. You heard me. A boy who can see bacteria. XD

Well, technically, he's not a boy.. I mean, in the series, he starts off as a college student.. so..

Anyway, the anime has up to 11 eps. Manga is still on-going. The bacteria are sort of cute. So is the gender-confused friend. :D Episode 10 is, so far, my fave. Three guesses as to why. XD

Oh, and I heard it won Best Overall Manga (or was it Anime?) of the Year or something.. And it was also an Osamu Tezuka 2007 awardee. I'm guessing it was for the plot. XD

Gekkoukan High Scans has picked up the series (manga. duh.). They have up to Vol. 1 Ch.2.. I heard that the series already has 6 volumes up.



I'll try to fix Reborn 196 up when the scans arrive. In the mean time, I'm going to eat and take a bath. XD

I have a weird question..

Regarding PoT's OT5.. exactly who are included in the original / first OT5..? Because I've really been wondering a lot.. I though that the orig!OT5 consisted of Sanada, Yukimura, Atobe, Tezuka and Fuji.. But I've heard of OT5s with Echizen instead of Yukimura..

And I do know that the term OT5 pertains to OTP of 5 people (OTP being One true Pair wherein there are five people present in the said pairing.. ugh. Awww... I lied. I haven't updated the PoT shit in my tabulas blog/journal, but I really do plan on finishing it. Seriously.

Anyway, I just saw the Filipino version of Eyeshield 21 on Studio 23.. Let me just tell everyone how sucky Hiruma sounded.. sucky, but, strangely enough, very fitting.. AND Monta's VA = likey. very much.

To other news! I have downloaded the first 10 netradio recordings of KHR. -cue fangirl mode- unyaaaa... Gokudera's seiyuu has such a sexy/smooth/rough/sexy/smokey/sexy/dreamy voice! And did I mention his voice is sexy? -laughs- BUT seriously though..

And Yamamoto (MOCCHAN!)!!! So cute! His laugh is very contagious. Just hearing him laugh... -sigh-

The two of them are so amusing! There was a part the in the 3rd issue, where Gokudera (Ichinose Hidekazu) is talking about a project (drama cd!) involving Gokudera and Yamamoto (Inoue Suguru). He is supposed to mention both Gokudera's and Yamamoto's names, but he forgets Yamamoto's, so he calls him "kimi" instead..

Yamamocchan protests, so he says Yamamoto's name ("Yamamoto Takeshi desu! Boku wa Inoue Suguru desu."), but Ichinose messes it up even worse. He actually says: "Ahhah.. Yamamoto Suguru.. Taka.. Sugurubanban.." Mocchan gets upset and says he's not Yamamoto Suguru ("Yamamoto Suguru ja nai! MOOOUU!")..

The Sugurubanban ---> Before, in the intro of the same episode, Gokudera introduces himself as Gokudera-sama, and he gives Mocchan a nickname: Sugurubanban! So, the hosts of the show are named: Gokudera-sama, Hime (Princess --> assistant-san) and Sugurubanban (Suguru actually laughs indignantly at this.. as he does with the Yamamoto Suguru thing..)
